Handyman Services

  From necessary repairs to desired updates and changes, Cardinal's handyman services can help our clients complete the task at hand.  Below listed are a subset of tasks around the home that Cardinal can complete:

In the Kitchen and Bath

Accent and undercounter lighting, microwave, disposal, and dishwasher replacement, new countertops, replace exhaust fans, add/replace door hardware, plumbing leaks, install/replace towel bars and paper holders, caulking and sealing, replace faucets, shower and toilet maintenance

Around the Home

Drywall repairs, painting, trim repair, install crown, chair and other decorative molding, install stair railings, install shelving, improve space and storage, hang pictures and window treatments, replace lighting, switches, and outlets, install ceiling fans, junk cleanout and removal, adjust doors and hardware, tile and grout repair, install/replace smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

Outside the Home

Install attic fans, replace mailboxs, painting, trim repairs, garage door openers, deck design, building, and repair, caulking and sealing

Please Note - All Handyman Services deemed under sixteen hours in duration are completed on a time and materials basis with a two hour minimum.  Services deemed longer than sixteen hours are initiated with a written quotation including a fixed labor price for scope and a materials budget.
