Kitchens - Free stainless steel undermount sink with a contract for new kitchen counters. (1)

Carpet - Receive 33 1/3% of the contractors discount off your installation and free takeup/floor prep. (2)

Hardwoods - Free old flooring take-up, disposal, and base floor prep with a contract for new hardwood floor installation. (2)

Handyman Services - Ten Percent (10%) off all labor on Handyman Services. (3)

(1) - Royal staineless or comperable sink provided in special.  Cardinal Home Services reserves the right to substitute equivalent products as necessary based availability and client's specific needs.

(2) - Special applies removing existing carpet and vinyl with non-glued luwan base as necessary.   Tile and hardwood take-up is not included in this special.  Base floor prep includes removal of tack strips, re-screwing of existing subfloor to existing floor joists, and vacuuming of space prior to installation.  All other floor prep required based on client's specific case is subject to additional cost.
